Sichuan peppercorns
freshly ground

sesame seeds
white, black or mixed, ground

fine sea salt

white pepper

garlic powder

tsp
ground ginger
Instructions
Grind the peppercorns and sesame seeds separately with a mortar and pestle; or for a smoother blended result, put all the ingredients into a spice grinder and grind well together.
