Zest of ½ orange or lemon

orange or lemon juice
Instructions
Make Batter
Cream butter and sugar, then stir in flour, zest, and juice. Chill for 30 min.
Bake Tuiles
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
Drop ½ tsp batter on a baking sheet lined with silicone or parchment. Spread very thinly into small discs (~6 cm).
Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden on the edges.
Shape
While warm, drape over a rolling pin or bottle to create a curl. Cool and store in an airtight container.
