Put the oats and water into the blender and whizz on high for a maximum of 30 seconds
Strain the liquid into a large bowl.
Pour the liquid back into the blender, add the salt, dates.
Blend on max for one minute, then strain again
Transfer the milk to an airtight container/bottle and place it in the fridge. It can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Give it a good shake before serving.
