Wild garlic salt

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Wild Garlic washed and patted dry
  • 100 g sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place 100g sea salt and 100g chopped garlic into a blender. Pulse briefly until it forms a coarse, damp paste.
  • Transfer the paste to a bowl with the remaining 700g sea salt and mix thoroughly until evenly coloured. Spread out onto a baking tray in a thin layer and leave to dry overnight. Once fully dry, store in a jar in a cool, dry place.
