Yoghurt & Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

plain Greek yoghurt
1
tbsp
tahini
Juice of ½ lemon
or to taste
1
small garlic clove
grated or minced (optional)
Pinch
of salt
Splash of cold water to loosen
if needed
Optional: chopped fresh parsley or mint
pinch of cumin or sumac
Instructions
In a bowl, mix yoghurt and tahini until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice, garlic (if using), and salt.
Add a spoonful of water to loosen the texture if it's too thick — aim for a pourable consistency.
Finish with herbs or a sprinkle of spices if desired.
