Baguette Toast Slices

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh baguette or rustic loaf
  • olive oil
  • sea salt fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Slice the bread into 1cm thick diagonal pieces.
  • Brush lightly on both sides with olive oil.
  • Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden but not hard.
  • sprinkle with a tiny pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: sprinkle with chopped herbs.
