Starter / Mezze-style Nibbles

  • Olive tapenade with crisped pita or crostini

  • Carrot salad with cumin and orange (shredded carrots, lemon/orange juice, cumin, olive oil, mint)

  • Labneh or yoghurt dip with herbs, za’atar, or a drizzle of honey + olive oil

Main: Grilled Vegetarian Merguez

  • Serve with a warm vegetable salad: roasted courgettes, aubergine, red onion, and cherry tomatoes

  • Add a small portion of couscous or bulgur, with lemon zest, chopped parsley, and toasted almonds

  • Accompany with a harissa-yoghurt sauce or preserved lemon dressing
