Baguette Toast Slices
Ingredients
- 1 fresh baguette or rustic loaf
- olive oil
- sea salt fresh thyme or rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the bread into 1cm thick diagonal pieces.
- Brush lightly on both sides with olive oil.
- Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden but not hard.
- sprinkle with a tiny pinch of sea salt
- Optional: sprinkle with chopped herbs.
