Yoghurt & Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of ½ lemon or to taste
  • 1 small garlic clove grated or minced (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Splash of cold water to loosen if needed
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or mint pinch of cumin or sumac

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix yoghurt and tahini until smooth.
  • Stir in lemon juice, garlic (if using), and salt.
  • Add a spoonful of water to loosen the texture if it's too thick — aim for a pourable consistency.
  • Finish with herbs or a sprinkle of spices if desired.
