
Yoghurt & Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Juice of ½ lemon or to taste
- 1 small garlic clove grated or minced (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Splash of cold water to loosen if needed
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley or mint pinch of cumin or sumac
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yoghurt and tahini until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice, garlic (if using), and salt.
- Add a spoonful of water to loosen the texture if it's too thick — aim for a pourable consistency.
- Finish with herbs or a sprinkle of spices if desired.
